Could you check your battery stats or gsam if you have it and tell me if Task Manager at the top of the list? Task manager is all of a sudden in the list consuming 5%

Battery life seems to be unchanged...but it's too soon to tell. It just bothers me because it was never there before? If it's just me I may consider resetting.

Mine is 2nd from the top of the list. Android System is at the top. Task Manager is consuming 10%

Neither do I, I check semi regularly and have never seen it on the list.

Well I wound up resetting last night. Reinstalled all my apps...annnd.. task manager is no longer in the list at all.

YMMV. this is my first complete charge - discharge. I'm pretty sure I did something to cause this but I have no idea what. I was using Appops to turn off some permissions..but I only touched ancillary apps (Facebook, etc)
