Those with 4.3 updated, is there KNOX app available for download install?

The KNOX framework has been running in background but ATT hasn't supported it yet. With 4.3 other carriers get the KNOX option to install, does ATT ? I know the NOTE 3 did not come with KNOX functionality which was disappointing.

I was looking for it myself and came up with nothing. Wonder why. I also don't see samsung wallet. Guess they been blocked.
