[Thread Consolidation]Rooting How To, Themes and Benchmark threads

Thanks to thefredelement for righting the nice Public Service Announcement on the new root methods this will allow me to un-sticky some threads and clean up the ROMs and Hacks forum. I am doing this in an attempt to lesson the number of sticky threads. Honestly this forum was getting out of hand.
