Three new colors of the PH-1 are being released

Essential's Blog announced today that three new colors are going to be released over the next week, starting with the Ocean Depths going on sale at noon PT today. The Stellar Gray color phone will go on sale next Tuesday, and the Copper Black will be released next Thursday.

Nice to see these other colors finally being released. Anyone have plans of buying one of the Essential's in a new color?

The copper black looks pretty good but still leaning towards the white model. I'm on the pixel 2 and have wanted essential phone since launch just can't seem to pull trigger. Too worried about camera quality and bugs :/

Just go for it, install all the updates and then sideload the Oreo 8.1 beta. You will be pleased with how good it actually is. Although it's no Pixel 2, but then again you could save a bunch of money.

I paid $424 (with taxes) for my white one, plus the 360 camera. Cannot beat that. Although I bought numerous cases and screen protectors, all of which suck, bringing my total cost to around 500 clams. That parts, not so good.

The wet install screen protectors like IQ Shield are pretty good.

You could just buy one from Amazon and try it out. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund.

And the actual color is not really very visible if you use a good case or cover. My black OEAGO bumper case covers all but the screen. I wouldn't pay extra for a special color.

I don't know cause I don't have a Pixel 2. Probably mainly the the camera... However, the PH-1 camera is sufficient for me. I only use it for snapshots. I use real cameras for serious photo work.

They just announced Halo Grey exclusive to Amazon. This sucks, would love that color vs the White one I have now.
