thumbprint

Has something changed in oreo to not let some apps use thumbprint support that did before?
I use an app called keepass2android to open my keepass file. With my S6 I could open it with my thumbprint but I do not see that option anymore

Also, my bank. I used to be able to open the online banking app with my thumbprint, but it doesn't seem to do that now either.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried reinstalling these apps?

I got my bank to work by undoing my thumbs association, then redoing it
I use a different app to open keepass
