Thunderbolt as primary music player?

having had to use an IPHONE for an extended period of time and using this device for even longer I can say this.. Can you use the device as a music player? yes.. will it be as smooth or an experience as an IPOD? NO.. Apple takes pride in the music player in their iPhone and iPOD.. and the music player on these devices is easy to use, intelligent and well thought out. Android's and htc's music players are getting their (honeycombs is much improved) but if your a looking for a device as your only music player I wouldnt give up your ipod. and I will not even talk about the battery hit that streaming music over LTE causes.. lol

I agree that as a music player these phones will not be anywhere as good as iPhone, but it still serves my purpose. I usually use PowerAMP on my phones.

Would that fat extended battery from sedio help? Is the phone loud in headphones compared to iphone? this is huge for me as i listen to music one hr a day running and i want it loud lol.

Any app that streams is going to be a battery killer. I use the Evo to play music through the miui music player and it works pretty well. I have tons of music on my 32 gig card though.

Anyone ever use a portable charger for their phone? Like this one?

Just an example of one. I'm sure theres a cheaper one around. I just like this idea more than carrying multiple batteries around. I'd assume it can charge a phone 3 or 4 times and this one can charge multiple things at once. I'm contemplating getting one.

is this confirmed? I haven't read this anywhere else. Would make me really happy so I can use it in the car for XM radio.

Pretty sure it's actually just FM receiver -- the HTC site just says "FM radio."
