Flashed it last night and I get no sound. Plus for some reason I still see TranQ sceen first and then thunder bolt animation

Just flashed it 30 minutes ago , works great and sound . I read on the other forum where others reported no sound forgot the time frame tho and then someone later reported they fixed it followed by post of it was working .Did you read that ?

Maybe thats why yours dont work you got a bad copy ?

PS: wasnt fixed til 7:50 sunday am (just read) and if using TranQ you have added feature according to post #18 , some people had to do it twice to get it to work.

Hi..can u email me the walkthrough on how to install this boot on my rooted droid x. i have already downloaded the zip and it is I believed the correct file cuz it was over 33mb. my email address is vinzky@hotmail.com. Can I use root explorer to do this and would I be also have the option to save the original droid x boot animation? thanks for your prompt response.

Boot into recovery with bootstrapper. Select install zip from sd. Find zip in dl folder and click it and say yes to install. Once done select reboot and your done.

Lol, this is great! Just installed. Just have to wait until I can get the bionic animation! I do think the sound is a little much though. Would have been cooler to have distant thunder. Still fun!

Post what your doing. Dl file. Bootstrap click ok on success. Click reboot recovery. Scroll to install from zip. Find file most likely in download folder. Select file and install. Select reboot.

This was happening to me when I tried to dl it from my phone. It worked fine when I dled it to my computer and transferee it to my phone.

I did that step for step tntdroid. I even moved it to my root directory.

Yeah this actually worked for me as well. Is there any way to remove the audio?

My dl didn't get the sound, and actually, after viewing the video showing it working on a device WITH sound, I'm just as happy to have the animation only. Thanks to TBH for porting this. Nice addition for a change.

With root explorer open system media and delete the tranquility sound file. Should fix it.

The tranquility sound file is a read only and won't let me delete? Nevermind - "Hit the r/w button up in the corner first." worked...
