Thunderbolt Can't Install Apps

please be more specific. what apps? How long have you had your TB ? and have you had it looked at?

Might try taking out the battery and let it sit for about 5 minutes Don't turn it off when you remove the battery.. Turn it on without the back cover on, then see if you can download an app. If not then do a factory reset. If that doesn't work, take it into a store and let them look at it.
