Thunderbolt, Charge or Bionic

I need/would like a new phone. After CES I decided I wanted the Bionic because of its dual cores and Motorola has generally been good about updates but with the constant push backs it has had I am growing impatient.

What do you all think I should do. Get the Charge, Thunderbolt or wait for the Bionic? I am on Verizon and love the signal quality in the Seattle area so changing carriers is not really an option.

Personal choice here but it would new between the charge and the tbolt. Now I would choose the charge for it very nice screen over the bolt.
