Thunderbolt Dropping Calls WiFi -3G

I have tried to find a fix by searching but found nothing but old fixes. My wifes TB is dropping calls like crazy and she is getting fed up. She has been against a smart phone until I bought this for her birthday and now loves it but has been getting fed up with dropped calls. her parents are out of the country and I want to get this problem fixed asap so she is not in conversation from Europe to here and she loses a call.

You can try pulling the SIM and battery for 3-5 minutes and then putting it back in, this will force the phone to re-register with the network. If that doesn't work, time to call VZW and ask them to help troubleshoot, you shouldn't be having that many dropped calls.
