Thunderbolt goes bad after revolutionary root

Hi all,

I am on android central to figure out my thunderbolt I rooted with revolutionary.

Since I rooted my thunderbolt in December, its been shutting down and the little android man pops up on my screen with an exclamation point. I hit the menu button and it takes me to the boot screen. When I go to recover and reboot it continues to take me back to the same screen with the android man. I did a complete wipe and reboot about 20 times, but after 10 hours of the wipe and reboot it wipes out again. How do I fix this issue I'm having guys? :'(

Have the same issue after a verizon software update. Reboots to clockworkWod with error reading E:\
