Thunderbolt like interface

So, my cousin bought a thunderbolt yesterday and I was playing around with it. It has a few nice tweaks that I would really like to see on my EVO. Does anyone know if it is possible to get that version of android on the EVO? Or maybe it's the version of Sense? It has different skins for everything, the font is smaller, and the notifications drop-down has icons for commonly used apps.

I have a rooted EVO, perhaps this can be achieved by flashing something different.

You can long press the Home button to get your recent apps. Also there's a few roms out there that's running Sense 2.0
