Thunderbolt Not Booting Properly?

When I turn on my Thunderbolt, it does not play the animation turn on sequence (Verizon 4G LTE Thunderbolt + Sound), it just has a bland screen of clouds. Does this mean something is wrong with it? Or do I need to change its name to StormyCloud?

I would call Verizon tech support to make sure, but if the phone is booting and working okay, it might just be a problem with the animation file that's used during boot.

Or it could be a problem with the animation of the phone. Turn on animations and set a dynamic background and see if that works okay.

Mine worked fine at first but no longer works properly now. It exhibits the same behavior. I do not care if it flashes and animates.
