thunderbolt sms error

I've had my thunderbolt for 11 days now and there's a weird thing that happens sometimes when I send a text message. Recently, my thunderbolt will send a text I type out in one conversation to someone else completely different in another conversation. I've had this happen probably six times since I've had the phone. Is anyone else having this happen?

Can't say I've seen this one... Have you tried using different apps for messaging? Handcent is a great alternative (that most people seem to like better, I think) and it might be worth a try to solve your problem.

I have had that happen here once it twice since I first got the phone. I typed a message in an existing thread to one person - and then got a "you can't reply to this"- type of message from a weather service that sends me texts. I opened THAT thread and there was the message I had just sent to the first person.
