Time error after British summer time +1hr

After I refreshed the weather the clocks correctly said the same time. Then when the phone auto refreshed the weather the main clock went back 1hr but the system clock remained correct.

I've seen this kind of thing mentioned elsewhere on the forums as well. I wonder if Samsung has to push a patch for this. Does it persist after a cache partition wipe? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095

After a restart it seems to have corrected it self but it now has a little sun dial.

Hmm, I don't know what that is. Maybe it means Daylight Savings Time, or the equivalent?

Tried wiping cache that made it worse it went back an hr and now won't go back.

I have the sun dial next to my clock too. Did u try changing the clock by manually changing it. I had this same problem and I manually changed it and did a reboot and then it worked fine after that.
