Time it takes to turn on

So, small oddity, but I thought worth bringing up...

I recently got a replacement Thunderbolt, have had it for about a week or so now. I've noticed that it takes a good amount of time longer than my old phone to turn on. What I mean by that is... when totally off, if I were to hold the on button, I could be waiting for maybe 10 seconds or so. My original Thunderbolt DEFINITELY didn't take nearly as long to come on.

make sure fast boot is on in the settings
