Time lapse with HTC One

I thought the One had a Time Lapse photography feature baked in but I can't seem to find it. Am I mistaken and if not what's the secret to getting to it?

If you mean the highlights you seen advertised I think that is 1 of the 6 different scene selections you can make for a Zoe.
