Time on Facebook Accuweather and Instagram off

For some reason these apps are giving me the wrong time or just not giving the time at all. Posts on Facebook will all say 'just now' and Instagram will just have a clock icon. Anyone know how to fix this?

Even in this app it says the post I posted was posted '5 hours from now! '
