Time remaining to fully charged S8

[Android Central Question]

On Samsung S8, sometimes I can't see the time remaining till fully charged. I tried different "original" cables and adapters. I can resolve it. Is it related to Oreo? Is it hardware issue? Same chargers don't cause me any trouble with s7.
