Time stamp in posts

Mine are showing 1 hour behind. Did the forum forget to update in the spring or is there a setting I am missing in my account?

On the forum website on a computer browser, click the gear icon and choose General Settings, then scroll down to Date & Time Settings. What's the DST option set to?
