Time to Sue Google and Samsung

Time to sue either independently or take class action against Google and Samsung for the invasive developer preview viewing live page.
This is imposed upon a selected number of users. It is intrusive. Users subject to this abuse have no say, no control over it and lives are being adversely affected.
It's time.
