" Time without signal " questions

Does it mean no signal at all? As in cannot make or receive a phone call ? Or does it mean no data? As in cannot reach the Internet?

What would be considered a good percentage? I know 0% without signal would be ideal but not realistic,,,maybe. If you live and work in a metropolitan area with good signal saturation I feel it should be very close to 0%.

I am at 0% almost all the time. I think the highest I've ever seen it is 4%. I do live and work in a pretty good coverage area. Rarely get 4g INSIDE my house, but just outside I get it.

Time without signal means what you think it means.

Good is 0%, but as you note probably isn't realistic for everyone. But there's no magic number... you obviously just want to have as much time with signal as possible.
