If it's free, try finding the apk online and installing it. If it's paid, you're out of luck

You have 2 options,
1) You can sideload it like suggested above, it's free and i think even the company has an APK download available on there site for experimental downloads. I did it and it works fine minus the occasional freeze. The company is horrible about fixing the devices on the Play Market but it works fine on the V.

2) You could download the Zynga Dream Heights which is a clone of Tiny Tower which Zynga copied, it's available for the V in the Market and works fine. The graphics are cleaner however the game is pretty much the same. That being said, i would go with 1 just because Zynga choose to copy Tiny Tower and blatantly admitted it

Yeah I was going to download it and side load it but IDK if that was allowed or not. I am downloading a APK I found on XDA will report back if it works or not.
