Tips in swype

I use the swype keyboard and I cannot get them to go away evertime I choose a word different than the one it suggested from the word bank.

It always tells me how to delete the one it thought of through the keyboard by doubble tapping the word and hitting the swype key, I have the tips option in the preferences turned off, still wont go away. Any idears?

Bumping this, any ideas anyone?

Just ended up changing my keyboard since this doesnt seem to be something you can fix.
