I was just given a tip by a Verizon Tech Support rep and it worked easily. For those of you that haven't received ICS yet you can go to Motorola Home - Motorola USA, click on support tab, click on support for phones and on the right side of the webpage there is the option to do a live chat. Fill in the basic info and within 2 minutes I was chatting with a Motorola support rep. I told them I hadn't received the update yet and they asked for my IMEI. Once I entered that she immediately made the update available through the Settings->About->System Updates and there it was. I am downloading now. The entire process took me about 10 minutes. I certainly can't guarantee this will work for everyone but it worked for me. Hope this helps.
