Titanium Backup Says No Root

So I unlocked, rooted and flashed 4.0.4 last night (for the first time) and I installed Titanium Backup, but it says that it doesnt have root access, is it possible that I could have unlocked and flashed without rooting properly? I have the SuperUser app installed but no apps show in the list....

What 4.0.4 did you flash? If it wasn't rooted then you will have to root it. There are base systems out there that are "stock" 4.0.4 which are not going to be pre-rooted.

Yeah that's not rooted. That's why you don't have root, lol. You either need to root it or flash a ROM that comes rooted.
