I feel really silly posting this, but my 4 year old son and I really like playing this game. Does someone mind taking time to install the game and see if it opens for them? I get an error downloading assets check internet connection. I have a ticket open with the vendor, and they are trying, but are pretty much out of options. I was curious to see if any other Note8 users are having the issue. If you try, please post your carrier. Thanks, Eric

I had never even heard of this game and so I decided to download it and see for myself if it would load up. Lo and behold it did with no problems. It didn't even give a hint of problems. It's actually pretty fun game.


And I'm on T-Mobile. I'm not sure what your problem is because it worked perfectly fine for me. I even left you a screenshot

Grrr lol. It's trip down memory lane for me as my sister and I watched probably every episode when we were are kids age. It works great on a samsung tablet I have, but it hasn't worked on my Note8 since day one of owning it. Looks like it's going to be hard one for Ludia to figure out.

I was reading the reviews and came across this... Don't know if that will help or not. And I forgot to turn on my wifi so it downloaded everything on LTE.

It seems like the default answer from Ludia is not enough cache, if the note8 doesn't have enough cache, I don't know which phone will lol. And they didn't bother to speak of the users check internet connection error. Is your phone unlocked? Does the support key have a value? My support key is blank, version says 1.10.9.pag.

I let them know that there were users here that it worked on and didn't work on. The said enjoy the game on a device it works on and hopefully the next update will fix the issue; no estimated date for next update. It works on my moto z; which i'm 99% sure is running Nougat. I think something is wrong with the installer. The app doesn't ask for any permissions and I can't add any permissions to it. Oh well, guess I don't need the extra distraction at work lol.

I got my SD card from Samsung yesterday. Inserted it, and off a whim decided to try the game out again. The game works now... Bad error handling and trouble shooting from Ludia on this one. At least they tried.
