TMO reimbursement status

I submitted for reimbursement on 2/27 so I know it's too early to expect it. My status currently shows "unqualified." Does this just mean they haven't gotten to it yet or does it mean they aren't going to approve it? Thanks.

Unqualified sounds pretty decisive to me. If they were still processing, I would expect something like Received or Pending to be the status. I would contact them and ask why your status is showing up as Unqualified.
 
Did that this morning and was able to speak with a rep who informed me one cannot do 2 promotions so I had to choose. I think that's a little strange since the gal that told me to submit for reimbursement knew we had ported 2 numbers and I'd already submitted the switch promo.
