Just picked up my galaxy from tmobile and I can assure you it has kids mode and download booster. I'm sorry I can't post pics, but you have to believe! Lol.

I've received my T-Mobile GS5 also and can confirm there is no carrier branding on the device. When I bought my HTC One M7 at launch it, it had no carrier branding either. I think it was added later on.
