Tmobile LG G4 50$ Mail in rebate

Just a heads up. When we ordered our phones through the Tmobile call center we asked about other promotions and the sales rep said that there was now a 50$ mail in rebate which he could include in our phone shipment. As far as I know its something which you have to inquire and ask for because it shows up as a line on the purchase order " Accessories LG G4 Rebate form - Quantity: 1". I picked ground shipping and won't recieve my phone for another few days but I'll try to upload the form when I get it. I know someone in a different thread mentioned something about it too so many its YMMV.

In any case that makes a sweet deal even sweeter.

I had the same LG rebate form in my packing slip but the only form included was for the 128GB SD card.
