I'm saying goodbye to all the friends I've made on here on the V20 forum. I have been chatting with some of you prior to the G5 launch and some of you also made the jump to the V20 with me. I've decided that I spend way too much time on here though I've valued what some of you have taught me and or collaborated on. I also enjoyed providing my insight to many of you as I always like to help people by passing on things I've learned. My decision to leave is not just based on killing time here although it is a hard habit to break. I just don't enjoy it as much as I used to because as of late there have been too many distasteful and confrontational discussions. I don't enjoy the brand hate on this as well as other sub-forums disguised as opinion. I also don't enjoy being talked down by some of people who run the show. I just can't get used to the behavior here but I have remind myself that AC is a different type forum from what I'm used to coming from the Motorola Support forums as a former long time Motorola smartphone owner. There was brand bickering there too from some people who jumped ship and would come back to haunt us but for the most part it was Motorola owners and I was part of their Beta testing group. I also almost took a position as a mod there but just couldn't find the time. Unfortunately, I gave up on the brand once they became Lenovo and I began coming here more frequently as an LG owner.
LG makes a great phone despite what the haters and fan boys tell you. They didn't make all the right marketing decisions especially with the G5 mod mess but it is still a worthy phone. The V20 is great as many of you who actually own the phone realize and I can't wait to see the V30 but need to pay this off first.
Anyway, that's all I have and maybe someday I'll come back in to discuss the V30. If any of you need any help or advice on anything just drop me a line.
