Anybody know if a to-do list app that syncs on multiple phones? For instance, if I were to add something to the list, my girlfriend would be able to see it on her phone.

Check out Google Keep. You can create lists and share them through Drive or drop box, w/e. Or if you have a shared Google account, you can have your separate ones on your respective devices and the shared one on both devices and set up a widget or whatever for the shared version. That'd sync more or less real time.
