I recently purchased myself the Samsung Galaxy Gear Live for my birthday. I am a tech junkie and I love this kind of stuff. However, my husband is not. I know it has a huge price tag, but I'm starting to get buyers guilt because my husband doesn't necessarily approve of the technology. He doesn't think I need it. I may not need it but it is fun for me to use and I have actually found a usefulness for it.

now I am having buyers guilt because of his opinion. I was thinking that maybe I would return it and wait for a newer Android wear watch to come out. However I really want the Samsung one and I don't see any newer Samsung ones coming out.

do you think it was a good purchase or should I return it and wait for something newer? I just really want a way to make my husband see its value to me and not feel so guilty about it!

I know nothing about your husband or your relationship with him. But if you enjoy the watch, and it was your birthday gift to yourself, you're not taking food off the table or leaving bills unpaid I don't understand the issue. Is that a normal amount of money that your husband would spend for your birthday? And as long as it has value to you that is what matters, right? I don't see any value for me for my husband's guitars, but he enjoys them and finds value in them, and since I find value in seeing him happy he can have all the guitars he wants that we can afford. Just my $0.02. And you asked. :)
