Honestly...if I ever have any type of hardware issue/problem/failure with my V20 knowing whats been happening and happened to my G4...I won't be able to support LG anymore.

I don't see LG making it much longer in the mobile business if something like that happens again.. Kind of sad, because although the V20 is the first LG I've had since the LG Shine, I am really liking them. I love my V20.

i had a V10 and loved it, but battery life sucked big time, even with an extra battery it wouldn't last. I never had bootloops though

I want in on it. It happened to my original than my replacement. Both completely died. I lost images and everything in my phone each time.

The G4 and V10 was known for the bootloop and LG acknowledged it. They should have at least offered additional warranty or a discount on a new device (maybe free refurbished LG G5 phones?)

Yeah I heard it was similar to the note 7 fiasco to an extent, having an issue with the first one then being replaced with replacement with the same issue..

After that started, I learned to keep everything backed up in photos as well. It was a lesson learned.
