today i got my way with Tmobile

today is 2 months since i got my s7 edge well the mike stop working last night when making phone calls. only way for people to hear was either on speaker phone or blue tooth call tech support they verified it is bad and said they will send me another phone. i ask i hope it is a new one because i only had this phone 2 moths today and haven't paid $100.00 yet been monthly is like $24.00 then she said possible refurbish i told her for the money i still owe you give me a refurbish i will cancel my 4 line service right there on the spot and go with at&t or verizon. then after 2 minute on hold she assure me it will be a brand new phone.phone be here on the 19

i guess in todays world you need to specified every detail. if with the app phone info it says my phone is not refurbish well it is new to me if the phone was over 1 year old or more then i wouldn't complain

You can't complain you agree to the terms... most likely you will get a refurbish one and you know what, you can't do nothing about it.

You signed a contract that says you'll get a refurbished phone if you need a replacement. You can't win. Even if you cancel your contract you still have to pay a cancelation fee. Either way you lose.

I've gotten refurbish phones before, they look just like new... he'll quickly get over the fact that it's refurbished and will move right along with his family plan.

Everyone is right. You're not entitled to a new phone at all especially past the 14 day return window. The contract states any replacements will be refurbished. Refurbished phones look brand new regardless so you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference. I work for a phone company and we sell phones that are refurbished like the s7edge and they all look brand new nothing out of the ordinary. So, there's no reason for you to feel like it's a bad thing. Even apple gives you refurbished phones when replaced through insurance. It's nothing different.

Luckily for me, when I lost my phone my insurance sent me a brand new one........sealed in the plastic.

Most insurance replacement are new, refurbished ones come with a warranty replacement directly from T-Mobile

You have already purchased refurbished phone and refurbished phone are not always trust worthy. Unless you buy it from trust worthy platform like Togofogo.
