Toggle 4G and now stuck in 3G mode

So I was using Notification Toggle to try to toggle 4G.

I just flashed Vicious 4.1.1

I changed to CDMA auto PRL like stated and it worked in 3G.

When I went back to switch to CDMA + LTE/EvDO I can't find it in the list. The list is only showing CDMA and GSM modes.

Can I get some assistance here?
