I have my second Inspire and the volume control goes up and down on its own. I removed the battery and now it will not reboot. It shows the reboot, factory reset options but won't move any help please.

So, wait, you can boot to recovery without the volume buttons working, but, you say the buttons are broken? If it is booting right to recover and the menu is moving up and down on it's own, maybe the volume button is stuck down. Have you tried pressing on it hard in both directions. Maybe you can get it unstuck.
