tomtom Europe app on SM-T700

Hi I have an PP "omTom europe" ut it is not compatible with my SM-T700
WHY?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, can you clarify your question? You have a Tab S 8.4, and you're trying to install Europe GPS Navigation TomTom? Are you trying to install from Google Play? If the app is incompatible with your device, then Google Play Store won't even show it as available to install. App incompatibility can depend on a lot of different factors.

The app has also been getting some pretty horrible reviews lately, related to compatibility issues.
