Too much pocket dialing

Hi, all. I must have switched some setting on my S24+ because lately when I put it in a pocket (of yoga pants, or shorts), I opens into several apps - sometimes my camera app, sometimes YouTube (which I rarely watch on my phone), sometimes my text app. It's driving me nuts. Any ideas what I could change (back?) to stop this behavior? Thanks for any info!

If you go into settings >display and scroll down for you have accidental touch protection on?

Do u use biometrics /password?

Hi. Thanks for the quick response. I checked for accidental touch protection, and it is already toggled on. I do not use biometrics to sign in; it's a pin.

You use the power button to lock the screen?

Yes; I use the power button to lock the screen. After poking around a bit, I just turned off Lift to Wake and Double-Tap to wake. I now recall turning those on a while back, and maybe that's the problem? I'll have to try it out tomorrow at the gym.

Keep the screen facing away from you when you put it into your pocket.

I would not do that as more likely to damage the screen if you bump into the corner of a table etc.
