Took battery out to find model no. when reinstalled, screen is black, won't turn on. What should I do?

took battery out to find model no. when reinstalled, screen is black, won't turn on

i checked the battery by putting it on the charger but after a few minutes, it said fully charged. the phone has been woking fine since i got it a month ago. if i turned it off, how the heck do i turn it back on?

Try holding Power and Volume Up+Down for a minute or two.
