Torso twist not registering anything

Hi!

I just bought the Galaxy Watch. It uses to remind me to twist my torso after inactivity, but it doesn't register any twisting. It did a couple of times after I got the watch, but not anymore. I did try rebooting the watch. Is there a way to start the excercise manually without waiting for one hour of inactivity?

Today it asked me to upward stretch, but I wasn't able to make it register a thing.
