Total Wireless Throttled?

I keep searching the web to see if I can find something but I guess I am not trying hard enough. I tried that chat on their site but I think its down.

Does anyone know if TW service is throttled?

As a whole, no.

When traffic on Verizon's tower gets heavy, MVNO customers (like Total Wireless) may get throttled. All MVNOs face that situation on all carriers.

I just ordered SIM cards last night, going to give it a try and see how I like it.
