The whole reason. I got this phone was the 4g saturation in my city, Seattle. I'm on my 4th phone and have been able to connect to 4g exactly two times for a total of less than 2 minutes. And,despite supposed in building service in my area, I could only connect outside. I need 4g in my apt, not standing outside in the sun. I called Sprint 5 times, went through all the resets and updating profiles and still nothing. Plus, every time I called them I had to find an f'in payphone because who has a landing anymore? I called Sprint this morning to see if they would adjust my bill only to be informed that the $10 a month surcharge wasnt for 4g, but "other data applications." I reminded her that this is their only 4g phone and the only one with a surcharge, but she refused to give me a credit. Lame phone, lame customer service.
