touch gone crazy

at the days i purchase the nexus 7 it was a very good performer, no lags or any other problems whatsoever. but recently it has gone crazy. it auto opens apps, click links in apps and do other all crazy stuff. its like im not the owner and its someone else. i have the wifi n hspa model which came with 4.2.1 and recently i update it to 4.2.2. the days which it was on 4.2.1 worked alright. however i'm not saying that its because the update to 4.2.2, i'm just saying it because of this i factory reset 2 times. but not help. the thing which helps temporary is to turn off n on the device. which is also a very hard task with all the crazy stuff its doing.
please help me, i love my device and dont wanna sell it because of this. :-\

I've had the same thing happen on mine. It goes away after a restart. I still haven't figured out why. Any ideas, anyone?

In my opinion....

1. Your screen may be wet/dirty. Clean your screen.
2. Your case.(maybe the magnets can cause this issue)

I've had this happen to me, but I just wipe down the screen.

It also seems to occur most frequently in Chrome.

Cleaning the screen certainly can't hurt. I'll try it. Thnx.

If you have a clear screen protector, take it off. Especially if you used a wet spray to apply it (as instructed).

I had many of the issues you were saying, took my film off, and not a problem.

If you don't have one, then it's dust/wetness that is screwing with your screen. After it's clean, and it still does that, something intermittent.
