Touch issue with G4

Can anyone tell me if all the variants of the G4 have the touch issues or is it just the Verizon variant? I dont live in the States and have ordered the G4 which is not restricted to a carrier, is it likely that I will too face the issue?

Looks like its not an issue with everyone. BTW, I have a Moto G and am myself facing that issue after I upgraded to Lollipop

Also saw a few threads where S6 users also faced the same issue. Could be Lollipop causing it

I get it on my AT&T variant, touch works about 85-90% of the time.
