Has anyone experienced an issue with their watch freezing from the start screen? Not able to swip in any direction. Totally locked. This has happened to me twice. Had to do total reset on watch and also With the Gear Manager app. Have no idea why this is happening. Any thoughts or answers would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you are within your 14 day return go exchange it. If not call samsung. This happened to me and with in hours I had a w-home error and my watch was f*****. Not even a reset would fix it.

Way past my return period. If this happens again I will definitely be contacting Samsung. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. Watch is working as it should for now due to the resets. Love this watch and would hate to have to send it back for repair. Just a big hassle. Thanks for the reply.
 
Search earlier thread: "w-home is not responding" This had been discussed, freezing with and without error message.
 
Unfortunately, a factory reset did not fix mine. It worked for several days, then the freezing started again. This may be a software bug that Samsung is going to have to address. This problem however, does not seem to be widespread.
