I know of nothing on board - there's gotta be an app for that!

May be you could help me with this Irulu 10.1 , when I turn on a circle is shown with a message to tap it so I do and the a + appears in one corner and moves from one corner to other to center and that is all , I can not enter to the menu o icons so the + is all.
