Touch screen on samsung galaxy prime locked up.

I had dropped phone many times screen never cracked started to think it was unbreakable. Then my 2yr old nephew stepped on it and it won't unlock. Love this phone can some one please tell me what to do.

🙋All phones are breakable, so you've been lucky, though the latest incident may have broken it at last. What do you mean by 'unlock'? Is it failing to respond to your unlock PIN? If so, do the numbers fail to enter?
