Touch sensitivity

I have noticed recently that the touch sensitivity on my Nexus 7 seems to be a little sketchy. If the device is left on for a few days the touch sensitivity is terrible. I also am having issues with the lock screen. The slider sometimes does not like to move. I have to put it to sleep and wake it back up to make the lock move. Is this a random problem or has anyone else seen this?

did u update to 4.1.2?? many issues has been fixed in 4.1.2
