Touch sounds not working on Pixel 6 Android 13

Hey guys;
I've got a new Pixel 6 running Android 13.
When I first set up the phone, it was running 12, but I allowed the upgrade to 13.

I am not hearing any touch sounds on the phone - either from the speaker or from connected BT headphones.
Haptic feedback is working.
I have touch sounds turned on in the settings.
Do Not Disturb is OFF.
I have tried restarting in safe mode - did not help

Any ideas?

Just type in touch sounds in settings at the top and make sure it's turned on

Are all other sounds working, like Media sounds or speakerphone calls? If not, make sure it's not connected to some other Bluetooth device (like maybe your car system, if it's right nearby).

Yes, other sounds are working. No other BT devices connected.

Make sure the Ring/Notification volume is all the way up
